Spotlight Stock Market is a trading platform. Revenues from this specific business are generated primarily through monthly fees from listed companies and trading commissions. Revenues from the legal advisor MCL are generated primarily through legal advice linked to stock exchange and company law. Sedermera Fondkommission is a financial advisor whose revenues are mainly generated through services linked to capital raising, transaction advice, and ongoing services within Corporate Finance. Nordic Issuing is an issuing agent whose revenue is generated through issuing services in connection with various types of corporate actions.
